Frequently Asked Questions

Coaching creates the conditions for clearer thinking, better decisions, and sustained forward movement. For most clients, the most significant benefit is not a specific outcome but a shift in how they relate to their own situation. Things that felt stuck begin to move. Patterns that were invisible become visible. And the next step, which may have felt elusive, becomes something they can actually take.

If you are carrying something you have not been able to resolve on your own, and you are ready to look at it honestly, coaching is likely to be useful. It is particularly well suited to people who are self-aware, capable, and ready to invest seriously in what comes next. If you are unsure, a discovery consultation is the right place to find out.

Coaching and counselling are related but distinct. Counselling typically focuses on understanding and processing past experiences and is particularly suited to emotional and psychological difficulty. Coaching is forward facing. It works with where you are now and where you want to get to. The two can complement each other, and my grounding in counselling informs how I work, but coaching is not a substitute for therapeutic support when that is what is needed.

The discovery consultation is a focused conversation, not a sales call. We will explore where you are, what feels stuck or unclear, and what you are hoping the work might do. By the end you will have a clearer sense of whether this is the right fit, and so will I.

The agreement outlines confidentiality, session logistics, and what you can expect from me as your coach. It is the foundation of a professional and trusting engagement.

Investment in the Signature Collection programmes reflects the depth, structure, and duration of the engagement. Pricing is discussed during the discovery consultation, where we can also explore which programme is the right fit for where you are.

The Signature Collection programmes are structured engagements of three, four, or six months depending on the depth of work. We will discuss which programme feels right during your discovery consultation and build from there.
